Jason & Kiana
We’ve lived the version of marriage where two committed people slowly become strangers under the same roof. Where love is real, but the connection isn’t. Where every conversation feels heavier than it should.
We rebuilt our marriage on purpose. Not with luck. Not with a weekend retreat. With a structure — awareness, ownership, communication, energy, intimacy, vision — that we now teach the couples we work with.
United by Design exists because the world has plenty of advice and almost no structure. We bring you both. Warm, direct, no fluff. We will love you. We will also tell you the truth.

Our coaching philosophy

We don’t see your marriage as a problem to be diagnosed. We see it as a system that can be designed. The patterns you’re stuck in were learned. They can be unlearned. The connection you’re missing isn’t gone — it’s buried under defaults that nobody ever taught you to question.
Our role is part coach, part architect, part accountability partner. We hold up the mirror, hand you the tools, and walk beside you while you build something better than what you were handed.
